Article 1 - Scope

1-1 These terms of sales apply automatically to any sale of product as defined in Article 2, marketed by BG Service IT which can adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions.

1-2 All orders as defined in Article 3 expressly implies acceptance without reservation to these terms of sales which prevail over all other conditions.

1-3 These terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties under the online sale of goods and services.

Article 2 - Fees for Products and Products

2-1 The products and prices are avalaible until they are visible in stocks on the website pupull.com. All unauthorized use of the pictures, logos and texts, on this website, is forbidden.

2-2 BG Service IT can not be held liable for the difference between the sizes used by its suppliers and those of the usual codes of textiles.

2-3 The pictures showing the products are not contractuals. The colors are as close as possible to the actual color of the product but can in no way be considered completely identical.

Article 3 - Order

3-1 The buyer can order by Internet. The buyer must thus complete the order presented on the website pupull.com and proceed to payment transactions by the systems available on the website.

3-2 The "click" of the buyer under the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. Its application can not be questioned, except withdrawal (see Article 6). Any order received at pupull.com is considered firm and definitive subject to the provisions relating to the withdrawal period. The seller BG Service IT agrees to confirm the customer's order through a receipt sent by email within 24 hours. It will specify the content of the order, its cost, the chosen payment method and its terms of delivery.

3-3 The date of validation of the order is the date of receipt of payment.

3-4 Our products are available within the limits of our available stocks. For products not stocked in our warehouses, offered with a mention "Available at the supplier. Please allow 15 days for delivery.", our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In this case, information on availability of products are provided when placing the order. This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or changes may occur exceptionally.

Article 4 - Prices - Payment

4-1 The prices of the products sold are those appearing on the website pupull.com the day of the order. They do not include delivery charges, billed at cost, and indicated before the validation of the order. For deliveries, payment of the full price must be made when ordering, and in any case before shipping the ordered items.

4-2 The invoice of the purchase is visible and can be printed in your account, under "History and details of my orders" and is sent to you by e-mail to the placement of the order.

4-3 Payments can be made by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro... or by bank transfer.

4.4 The products remain the property of BG Service IT until full payment is received.

Article 5 - Delivery

5-1 Paid products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order by the company bpost or any other carrier. Depending on the size and quantity of the products ordered and paid for, delivery will be made through separate mailings. The customer must verify the completeness and compliance information provided when ordering, especially concerning the delivery address. BG Service IT can not be held responsible for any data entry errors and consequences (eg delays or delivery errors). Expenses incurred for the return of the order would be charged to the customer.

5.2 Goods are always transported at the risk and peril of the customer. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken product ...) must be indicated on the delivery form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the customer's signature. The purchaser must confirm this problem by sending his claims (registered mail) to the carrier 48 hours after the date of delivery.

5-3 The delivery time may vary from the confirmation of the order according to information provided on the website. An estimated time of delivery is communicated before the order validation, given the choice of the desired carrier and product availability. This delay begins at the order confirmation. Any order paid by bank transfer will be processed upon receipt of payment.

5-4 BG Service IT reserves the right to refuse an order.

Article 6 - Withdrawal

6-1 The customer has the right to withdraw an order without giving any reason, within a period of fourteen days. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day the customer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer takes physical possession of the property.

6-2 To exercise the right, the customer must notify his withdrawal decision of his order by means of a clear and precise statement by letter mailed to the following address:

The customer can use the retraction model form but not mandatory.

6-3 In case of withdrawal, BG Service IT will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the cost of delivery, without undue delay and in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which BG Service IT is informed of the withdrawal decision. BG Service IT will reimburse possibly using the same means of payment that the customer has used for the initial transaction. In any event, such reimbursement will not cause costs for the customer.
BG Service IT may withhold reimbursement until it has received the property.

without undue delay and in any event, not later than fourteen days after the customer has communicated his decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the customer returns the property before the end of the fourteen day period. The customer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The exchange or refund the item will be effective to the extent that the goods returned to BG Service IT will meet the following conditions: the garment must not have been worn, soiled or in any way whatsoever; it must be in perfect condition, equipped with its label and returned in original packaging.

Article 7 - Exchange

In case of exchange, all postages are in charge of the customer.

Article 8 - Guarantees

8.1 The buyer is expressly informed that BG Service IT is not the producer of the products featured in the website pupull.com regarding liability for defective products. Consequently, in case of damage to a person or property by a defect in the product, only the responsibility of the producer thereof could be sought by the buyer, on the basis of information on the packaging of the product.

8-2 BG Service IT may in no circumstances be liable for damage due to improper maintenance, a laundry product inappropriate, etc.
Therefore, this damage will not give rise to any exchange or refund.

Article 9 - Special actions

9-1 Selfies campaign

Pupull.com reserves the right to not publish certain selfies, without justification requirement. They will be systematically refused in the following conditions:

 - No or very little visible product
 - Product not purchased on pupull.com
 - Indecent selfie

Article 10 - Disputes

10-1 This contract is subject to belgian law. Failing an amicable agreement between BG service IT and its customer, only the Court of Namur is competent.

Article 11 - Personal datas

11-1 BG Service IT meets its customers by not disclosing their personal datas. Thus, BG Service IT undertakes to use them only in order processing on the website pupull.com.
